I can’t seem to find the route with the Beasley and Celt work around. New to the area so don’t want to get lost. Do you have the gps route to share?

Harvey has proposed an excellent tweak to this route. We’ll modify the ride in the club library soon. A note for all: suggestions for improvements are very valuable to all of us. Keep them coming!

I think using Beasly and Celt, eliminating US 33 BUS (well most of it) makes for a nicer ride.

Ok. Just found it on the route page. Would be nice if it were on the calendar too.

Somehow I’m missing the distance for this ride.

NOTE: As of 01/01/2022, we have become a member-supported club.  We encourage all of our cycling friends to join us.  For new riders, our club insurance covers non-members of the club for their first ride only.  Thanks.

As we head into Spring 2022, we are planning additional rides each week, so stay tuned!  If you are interested in helping to organize a group ride for the Club, please contact us!

For details on how group rides are categorized, check out the Ride Classification guidelines.

Requirements For Riders

All riders are required to have a helmet; a tail light, Road ID and a rear-view mirror is strongly recommended.  You are also expected to have adequate fluids and a road-worthy bicycle in good repair.  Many rides, but not all, will include the opportunity to stop at a store to replenish supplies.

You should be prepared to fix a flat tire and perform other minor repairs on the road side.  If you are new to cycling and are not comfortable with these procedures, don’t let that stop you.  However, you might want to talk to a more experienced member before the ride so the group is prepared to help if necessary.

Safety On The Road

The club considers safety to be our very highest priority.  Please review the information on the Safety Page before you join us for a ride.

We hope that you will find this site helpful; your questions and comments are welcomed.
