This is the opportunity many of you have been asking for!  We’re happy to announce the launch of the online sale of custom designed jerseys and other bike apparel for the club.  The CBC Kit store, hosted by our vendor Voler, is now open for orders.  Check out the store website here for details on the available custom CBC apparel and to place your order.  

The sale begins today and will close at midnight on September 25.  Jerseys start at only $55. 

Due to the generous support of our sponsors, CBC is able to underwrite a significant portion of the cost.  These custom items are being offered to you substantially below actual cost during this sale.  Our goal is to encourage as many cyclists as possible to fly the club flag!  So please take advantage of this great opportunity.

We are providing a fit kit of most available items so you can try on sample jerseys and shorts to chose the size, style, and fabric that’s perfect for you before you order.  They will be available at our sponsors on these dates:

• Sept. 8-13, Blue Ridge Cyclery, Hollymead.  Open Tuesday – Friday 10am – 630pm, Saturday 10am – 5pm, Sunday 12pm-4pm
• Sept. 14-19, Blue Wheel Bicycles.  Open Tuesday – Friday 10am – 630pm, Saturday 10am – 5pm, Sunday 12pm-4pm
• Sept. 20-24, Blue Ridge Cyclery, Preston.  Open Tuesday – Friday 10am – 630pm, Saturday 10am – 5 pm, Sunday 12pm-4pm

Before you head to one of our sponsors to try on the fit kit materials, check out the Voler store here for details on the following available club apparel:

• Men’s and women’s short sleeve jerseys in different styles (Classic and Peloton) and fits (Club and Race in the Peloton).
• Men’s and women’s sleeveless jerseys.   Only the women’s sleeveless is in the fit kit.  Voler says the sleeveless jersey is a unique fit, in-between the Peloton Club and Race fits.  The chest is designed to be a little snug like the Race fit, but there is a little room at the bottom of the jersey like the Club fit.  If you are ordering a men’s sleeveless jersey, Voler recommends that you try the short sleeved Race fit jersey and size from that.
• Men’s and women’s long sleeve jerseys in two fabrics.  Fit is close to the Peloton Club jersey.  Fit between the long sleeve light weight and long sleeve thermal is very similar.  A sample of the long sleeve with thermal fabric is in the fit kit so you can see the product.  
• Men’s and women’s shorts and bibs.
• Men’s and women’s wind vests and wind jackets.  Vests are available to try on.  Wind jackets and made and fit the same, but with sleeves!

NOTE:  Voler does not accept refunds or exchanges for custom products, so PLEASE visit one of our sponsors to try on the jerseys, etc., to get exactly the right size, style, and fabric before you order.  And while you’re there, thank our sponsors.

The online store closes at the end of the day on Sunday, September 25.  The estimated ship date is November 4.  To save your hard earned dollars, all items will be bulk shipped to the CBC, and then we will have options for you to pick up the items you ordered from Blue Ridge Cyclery, Blue Wheel Bicycles, and at an upcoming happy hour.  Details about timing and locations for pick ups will follow.
