Distance: 21 / 38 miles
Climbing: 65 / 65 feet per mile

Description: This route travels in a counterclockwise direction in northern Albemarle County.  The short route comes back on Free Union Road from Boonesville, while the long route continues along Blackwells Hollow and Browns Gap Turnpike to White Hall.  The long route also includes a flat out and back on Wesley Chapel before returning to the start.

NOTE 1: Do not use the school parking lot before 4PM on weekdays during the school year.

NOTE 2: On the date of the annual Charlottesville Women’s 4-Miler (Saturday of Labor Day weekend), avoid Garth Road. From Charlottesville, take Hydraulic Rd to Earlysville Rd. At the reservoir, turn left on Woodlands Rd, then right on Free Union Rd to Free Union.
