Tour de Fluvanna

Distance:  42 / 52 miles
Climbing:  55 / 60 feet per mile

Description:  This ride goes through open and rolling terrain and covers a good portion of eastern Fluvanna County and a bit of western Goochland County. The eastern section is delightfully flat, then the route descends to the town of Columbia where the Rivanna River joins the James. From there the short route heads more or less directly back to the start, while the long route continues through the Bremo Bluff area before looping around to Palmyra.

Alerts:
1. There is a steep hill with hard left turn at mile 29 on the way into Columbia.
